Bookings and Scheduling

Appointments and production dates are subject to availability. A booking may require a deposit or payment before the appointment or production date is confirmed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and communicating information reasonably necessary to complete their project.

Payments

Prices and payment requirements will be disclosed when services are purchased or agreed upon.

Depending on the service, Citystar Productions LLC may offer full payment, deposits, installment arrangements, or eligible third-party payment options.

If a customer agrees to an automatic payment schedule, the customer authorizes the applicable payment method to be charged according to the agreed schedule until the balance is satisfied, subject to the terms presented at checkout or on the applicable invoice.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and refund terms may depend on the service or project purchased. Any applicable terms will be communicated during booking, checkout, invoicing, or the applicable project agreement.

Production and Deliverables

Production timelines, filming requirements, locations, actors, props, editing, revisions, visual effects, promotional services, and other deliverables depend on the package or project agreement.

Customers are responsible for providing materials, permissions, information, and cooperation reasonably necessary for Citystar Productions LLC to complete the agreed services.

Intellectual Property and Customer Materials

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights or permission to provide and use music, logos, images, footage, trademarks, and other materials supplied to Citystar Productions LLC for a project.

Ownership and usage rights for final deliverables may be further addressed in the applicable project agreement.

SMS Terms

You must be 18 years old to consent to receive SMS messages from Citystar Productions LLC.

Customers may separately choose to receive SMS communications from Citystar Productions LLC.

Non-marketing messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, invoice and payment notifications, project updates, and customer-support communications.

Customers who separately consent to marketing SMS may receive information regarding services, promotions, offers, and related updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive marketing SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
